Center for Working Families
The Center for Working Families (CWF) is a comprehensive partnership between Instituto and The Resurrection Project designed to promote and support the economic success of Latina/o families throughout Chicago. 

CWF supports the asset development of Latina/o families by providing 3 core services:

• Job Readiness and Placement
• Financial Counseling
• Access of Public Benefits

Currently, CWF has 396 participants enrolled in its financial counseling services and 353 participate in the career coaching component.  CWF outcomes include: 216 have secured full-time jobs; 139 people have developed and maintain a family budget; 151 have completed a financial literacy course; 17 have established retirement accounts; 6 have purchased a home
